After a quick trip to visit family in Boise, Emily and her husband, decided to make the move to Boise for the life they dreamed of. After landing in Boise, Emily continued her real estate career with first with John L. Scott while working in Eagle assisting in New Construction sales. Shortly after, Emily was asked to market and launch sales in the new community of Artisan Pointe on the Boise Bench, selling townhouse style condos. After Artisan Pointe sold out, Emily continued her path with a new position and brokerage, marketing and selling Blackstead Building Company in Cedar Edge in southwest Boise. While selling in Cedar Edge, other opportunities presented themselves, and Emily quickly found herself also selling specs and build jobs in SpurWing Greens in Meridian.
Fast forward to over 175+ transactions later, three children and a few brokerage changes, Emily is excited to be working with Boise Premier Real Estate. Her passion is New Construction, however, she finds great joy in helping clients turn a property into a home- whether it be a re-sale or new home. While her background & specialization is based in New Construction sales, she certainly is not limited to only New Construction. Emily has been equally successful with both buyers and sellers. In 2016 she was vital to 24 closings taking place. In 2013 she closed just under $2.5 Million in sales and earned her place in the Circle of Excellence, awarded by Ada Country Association of Realtors. Emily was first given the Circle Of Excellence award in 2008 when she closed over $3.2 Million in sales. She prides herself in further education, and is working towards getting her broker’s license.
Emily graduated with a BA in Communication from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA in 2005. While at Western Washington University, Emily could often be found at Bellingham Golf and Country Club practicing for the Women’s Golf team, or busy with Campus Christian Fellowship where she led a Bible Study and played guitar for the worship team on Friday evenings. Living in Boise is a great playground for Emily to enjoy mountain biking in the foothills, running on the greenbelt, fly fishing and anything outdoors.
